The Sue Ryder charity have just stared a new self management service for people with neurological conditions who live in their own homes and for their carers if they need it.
It's a free service to try and get people back into their communities, to build their confidence or simply to just have a chat and a cup of tea with them.
The charity offer emotional support helping people reconnect with friends and re-kindling old or learning new hobbies.
