Speeding Enforcement

Our Local Community Policing Team have planned an initiative in the area during the week beginning 22 April, to target speeding motorists.  The initiative involves officers spending 30-40 minutes on the routes of community concern.

Sergeant Lewis-Dalby is keen to establish those roads in the Community Council area where there are chronic problems and those on which residents believe we may have an issue and has asked the Community Council for a list of suitable roads in our area.

If you have concerns about speeding in your street or if you can suggest locations where there is a problem of persistant speeding by motorists please drop us an email and we will add it to the list for Sergeant Lewis-Dalby.

The nature of the initiative means that patrols will be deployed in the policing area, certain days will be focused on particular areas.  The team are planning on being in the Braeside and Mannofield Community Council area on 24th April between 1400 - 2300.
