Use of ZOOM!

The Community Council have recently taken out a “Zoom” subscription to facilitate our monthly meetings.  To maximize the investment members agreed that we would make the facility available to residents in the Braeside and Mannofield Community Council area.  (click here to view the area map)

We are looking for ideas as to how we can put it to good use.  So far hosting a monthly meeting with an invited speaker, holding a quiz, and opening a “bring your own coffee” chat room have been suggested.

We are also considering allowing residents to book free zoom slots for their own meetings, the only restriction being that it cannot be used for profit.
