Pavement Parking - Seafield Shops

Pavement parking has been illegal in Aberdeen since July 1, 2024, and drivers can be fined up to £100 for breaking the rules. The ban is intended to improve accessibility for pedestrians, wheelchairs, and other vulnerable road users.

The cobbled area outside the shops at Seafield is classified as a pavement and drivers who park their cars there are in breach of the parking rules.

You are strongly advised not to park on the cobbled area and risk a fine.
