Community Bench Refurbished

 In 2017, the Community Council funded a wooden bench, half way up the hill on Springfield Road between Craigton Road and North Deeside Road.

Recently we noticed it had become a little sad looking and were taking steps to refurbish it.

We asked the Council if they would refurbish it and were advised that this was not possible as it belonged to the Community Council and was our responsibility.

Just as we had made the plans to sand it down and give it a lick of paint, we noticed that the work had been done for us.
