Local Defibulator Locations

Brity work in partnership with British Red Cross and St John Ambulance on first aid training and education.

They have put together a free page for our area showing the defibrillators in and around Braeside and Mannofield, along with a printable poster for noticeboards, churches and community centres, and a short free online course covering the basics: spotting a cardiac arrest, CPR, and using a defibrillator.

In research by St John Ambulance, 52% of people said they did not know where their nearest defibrillator was. When one is used within the first few minutes it makes an enormous difference to whether someone survives.
